Gaia’s Art History

Sculpting & creating with her hands is something Gaia has been doing since she was a small child, but due to many challenging life paths & traumas that arose, her art took a back seat & instead she began writing books, singing, & giving liberating talks & teachings from stage, until her later years when she felt inspired to delve into her creative side once again.
Through sculpting, Gaia not only found a deep peace, but she also discovered it became another ‘medicine’ helping her share her ‘stories of woman’, her spirit of freedom, & her rebellious inner voice, holding space for her to heal, to rise, & to express her passion, her pain, & her honour for not only her asian ancestral Malay roots, but the ever evolving Mother Earth & wild beauty that forever blossoms through the feminine essence…even through the brokenness. 

Gaia is married with two adult children & two dogs, preferring a more quiet private life. When she isn’t sculpting she spends her time writing poetry & songs, growing natural medicines, & journeying between the green meadows of England & the mountains of Snowdonia where her two homes reside.
