London born with her maternal roots in Malay, Gaia Rose is a true wild woman of the Earth with a natural authentic beauty for inspiring, liberating, & teaching other women how to courageously live from the intuitive creative heart, stay rooted in their wild, & deepen their human-Nature relationship with the healing seasons, freedom, & medicine of our great Mother Earth. She does this through her poetry, her voice, & her feminine sculpture collection ‘Broken but Beautiful’.

Since Gaia was a small child, writing, being creative, & a having a fascination with Nature has been weaved beneath her skin, but due to many challenging life paths & traumas that arose her art took a back seat, with her earlier years plagued with sexual & physical child abuse, homelessness, the loss of her big brother, a suicide attempt, & many emotional breakdowns along the way, but it was in these break-downs, that she also found her greatest break through, awakening to herself, to spirit, & to the innate primal human-Nature connection more deeply than before.

Gaia then began focusing on more verbally expressing ~ singing, spiritually mentoring women, & giving liberating talks & teachings from stage ~ passions she still has, until her later years when she felt inspired to also return more deeply to her creative side once again.

Through building a deeper relationship with the Earth & using its beauty to inspire her sculpting, Gaia not only found it deepened her peace, but also became another ‘medicine’, a channel, a conversation, helping share her ‘stories of woman’, her spirit of freedom, & her rebellious inner voice, holding space to not only liberate others but also liberate herself, whilst forever being a reminder of the wild beauty of Mother Earth that forever blossoms through the feminine essence…even through the brokenness.

“Returning to the ‘womb’ & medicine of Nature, alongside creating sculptures with the ancient clay from her body has been one of the most beautiful journeys I could have taken, as it has only been by re-connecting to this deep wisdom, truth, & healing medicine of the natural world ~ the great spirit of Mother Earth ~ whilst weaving her liberating message through my sculptures, that my traumas have began to heal, my soul has slowed down, & my greatest lessons have been learnt, helping me return more deeply to my WILD, release the societal chains, & reclaim my peace…

She has been my teacher, my mother, my freedom”

~ Gaia Rose

Gaia is married with two adult children & two dogs, preferring a more quiet private life. When she isn’t sculpting she spends her time writing, singing, growing natural medicines, & journeying between the green meadows of England & the Mothers Mountains of Cyprus & Snowdonia.

Remembering…

We were wild once.
We were uncaged.
We told stories, sang songs, wrote poetry, created art, and grew natural medicines.
We were born with our hands rooted in the soil, our honour & praise given to the great Mother, & our health & healing birthed in kinship with the Land.
We took our teachings from the elements of wind, fire, water, & earth, listening to their ever flowing wisdom, working together with her plants, her trees, her berries, her fruit, & her fungi, all which grows freely upon her ever evolving body.
But we have forgotten…
