‘Sovereignty’ Hellebore Flower Essence {15ml}

After a whole year of Seasons, my beautiful sovereignty flower essence has returned! As most of my plant medicines are made fresh & use lighter preservatives that don’t contain alcohol, certain medicines are only available as offerings when they are in season {as with this one}. She needs to be refrigerated & worked with within 3 months for maximum medicine.

Although Hellebore holds poison within her body & not to be taken internally, when created as a flower essence she is beautifully safe, as it is only a few drops of her energetic vibration from her Mother Essence that is within this medicine. She is birthed with spring water, energy of the Land, essence of Hellebore flower, & Mother Earths Sunlight, all infused for three hours, with added agave vegan ‘honey’ to preserve.

Hellebore blossoms in the cold dark Winter & is one of the first to open her buds in the garden. Her leaves are evergreen that hold deep resilience & strength through the greatest of storms. She is also known as the ‘Snow Rose’. Her essence ~ grown in my medicine garden ~ can be safely worked with by those with true sovereignty in their heart that have broken free from the systems. When shadows appear & the external noise becomes too much, Hellebore roots us within our truth, supporting us with feeling into our deepest wounds ~ from our lineage, our childhood, or societal conditioning ~ bringing her undeniable feminine roar of our ancestors fight to rise up into peace from the pain & remember the voice of the Land. She is truly the Goddess of freedom, of rights, of revolution!

Suggestion: Place a few drops directly in mouth a few times a day as & when needed, in a cool or warm drink, or even in a bath.
