Take 3 drops when feel in need. Can also be worked with in a glass of water, placed in a bath, or a few drops rubbed gently over heart space, womb, or temple. Recommend to keep in fridge, but shelf stable if kept cool. Best used within 3 months to deepen the healing with the essence.
