Of the Forest Balm ~ Ease/Root/Restore {15g}

£16.00
sold out

‘Of the Forest’ is a beautiful earthy botanical balm that holds a subtle scent of the woodland outdoors {all natural, no essential oils used} as she supports us in mild pain {including womb/breast aches for women}, headache, tight chest/breath, sinus struggles, & congestion, restoring deep ease back into our body. Her scent alone brings in a deep calm, also, helping to ease inner tension. Spiritually she gifts our soul ancestral remembrance & protection, returning our native roots to the Land.

She really is one of my most favourite birthed medicines ~ warming, calming, beautiful!

May the heart, health, & wildness within my medicines return you to your own.

~ Gaia Rose

❀ About the Plants

Cedar is the protector of my garden, & one of the most beautiful scents there is, returning us to an inner remembrance of our roots. She is abundant in this medicine, bringing in all her native wisdom-full beauty of protection & grounding for our spirit & skin.

Mountain Pine …another beautiful scent harvested from the mountains of Snowdonia ~ my second home ~ on one of my visits. Pine is a natural anti-inflammatory plant & supports us in easing aches, whilst bringing in her fresh energy of the earth, helping to move ours.

Mint is such a sweet plant that is great for her pain reducing medicine. Her spirit brings in inner strength & calm.

Rosemary….my beautiful plant sister. Another great herb of protection & purity. Her medicine also brings great pain relieving properties, whilst helping our circulation, supporting us with moving stagnant energy flow.

Yarrow …the warrior plant, healing our body/soul fight back against any pain, dis-ease, & bring back ease.

Sage is a plant that I rarely work with but was called for this balm. She has a deep wisdom that seems to know just how to soothe us when needed.

Anise hyssop is such a powerful anti-inflammatory bringing in her support with our tight chest/asthma/congestion. Her spirit is one of purification, helping our inner & outer release of all which doesn’t serve our soul or body.

Cottonwood Bud has been worked with for centuries  by native indigenous tribes, her sap is incredibly healing for deep rooted pains/fevers, in our body/our soul. I have found her great spirit to be one which helps us to bridge the Earth & the sky, bringing us back to true alignment & returning us to our innate peace & freedom.

Suggestion: Gently rub over temple, womb, mild pain, & heart space for deeper healing, ease, & connection. Beautiful for gently rubbing upon our children’s chests or soles of feet when our little ones have colds. I sometimes simply rub her between my palms & deeply breathe in her scent for instant peace/connection/grounding. Best used within a year.

NOTE: As plant medicines affect each of us differently, please make your own judgment when applying as to whether you need more or less.
