Gaia Rose Sculptures portray how the natural surviving spirit & beauty of woman forever blossoms through the brokenness, the traumas, the inner seasons, & societal oppression ~ just like the resilience & beauty of the wild Rose ~ reminding us that we are not separate from nature, but are interwoven with each of her evolving cycles & seasons, holding within us the wild healing wisdom to make all our scars, our imperfections, & our brokenness more beautiful than before.

They also portray Gaia’s maternal Malaysian roots as a way to honour her own Asian ancestors & this important part of herself. Each completely individual with no two pieces the same. Carved from clay, fired, then hand painted {a sandstone/cotswold colour} with every mark, scar, texture, crack, & imperfection upon them purposely created to give them that rustic, classical, & ‘beautifully broken’ warm natural stone effect.
