Gaia Rose Sculptures not only portray/honour her own maternal ancestral Malay roots, but also share stories of healing & liberation, portraying how the natural surviving spirit & beauty of woman forever blossoms through the brokenness, the traumas, the inner seasons, & societal oppression ~ just like the resilience & beauty of the feminine wild Rose ~ reminding us that we are not separate from nature, but are interwoven with each of her evolving cycles & seasons, holding within us all the wild healing wisdom to make every scar, imperfection, & brokenness more beautiful than before.

Unless in limited cast editions, each piece is completely original. Carved from clay, fired, then hand stained {roses & leaves} with the body left bare to embrace the rustic, classical, & warming ‘stone’ effect left by the firing.
